Unable to Signup for azure subscription

Question

Getting error while signing up for azure free trial after logging in from Office 365 Business account.

I see a lot of people facing this, so stupid of microsoft for not fixing this.

Same problem, when I clicked on either TEXT ME or CALL ME, I get the same error. I am trying to register for free trial
