I can’t download the Windows 11 update.  I have tried so much trouble shooting.

PC Health Check will not display what the incompatibility issue is.  I have tried restarting multiple times and uninstalling and redownloading.  It is still not working.

I have tried this:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/578585/pc-meets-requirments-for-windows-11-but-windows-up

And it didn’t work.

Here is what I’m running:

Processor          AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor                 4.22 GHz

Installed RAM   47.9 GB

System type      64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Windows update would be installed on this drive, so I think plenty of space:

All drivers are up to date.

I think the initial issue was the TPM Device Selection was not set to Firmware TPM, but I have now done that as described below:

Since then, I have run and reinstalled PC Health Checker, restarted the computer multiple times and tried the inside program and it still will not let me download Windows 11.

Any help is appreciated!

    Hello,

What is the exact machine model? Have we checked the device manufacturer website for the machine to support Windows 11?

I noticed you have tried to check the TPM.

Please ensure we are using TPM 2.0. Ensure the secure boot is enabled. We could run msinfo32 to verify this. It is recommended to ask for help from the device manufacturer support at the same time.

Kindly post the result screenshot for PC Health Check app.

    For example, this screenshot:

Check Windows 11 eligibility using PC Health Check app

It will clearly show if your device is supported for Windows 11, and if not, the reason would be there.

I guess I figured it. I had to do change two setting in the BIOs. Below.

Plus I had to do this to enable it (TPM) in the BIOS under the boot setting, which I had not done. I think folks pointed near that but I thought I had already done it. Sorry for wasting everyone's time.
