Problem description:

At first, the screen froze and the sound froze in a loop. After 20-30 seconds, it returned to normal without a blue screen. Then I changed a few network card drivers, and a day or two later there was a blue screen issue. So far, there have been a total of four instances of blue screens, all of which occurred when large software or games were not running, and never occurred after running large software or games for five or six hours.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting on the Microsoft Q&A.

Based on the description, I understand that your question is related to BSOD issue.

If you added new hardware to your PC before the error, shut down your PC, remove the hardware, and try restarting.

Put the loading machine in safe mode, and then repeat the operation:

Start your PC in Safe Mode in Windows - Microsoft Support

It might also be caused by a faulty driver, try running the Driver Verifier:

Open a command prompt window by selecting Run as administrator and type verifier to open the Driver Verifier Manager.

Driver Verifier - Drivers for Windows | Microsoft Learn

Update your drivers, if Driver Verifier has detected a specific one, you can update that driver and see if that fixes the problem.

Press Windows + 'R' and type devmgmt.msc to open Device Manager.

Locate the device and double-click on it to expand.

Double-click on the driver and go to the Drivers tab.

Click "Update Driver" and select "Automatic Search" for drivers.

    Have a good day.

    Best regards

    Molly
