Trying to create Language Service and after a long time I receive the error:

Could not create the marketplace item

Oops!

Could not create Language service

Something went wrong while creating Language service.

Thanks for using QandA platform

I tried creating this, thought the services might be down but it seems to be working fine with me, can you try creating it from a diff region. or if any lang services are created do del and try creating them again and hopefully that fixes the issue.

I'm sorry... I'm VERY new to this. This is the first time I've ever tried to use MS Azure. When I tried to move the "Language" to another region, no resources were found to move.

Here is the screenshot I'm seeing... I tried again to create language and this is what I see.

Could you please check if you have Cognitive Services Contributor or Owner role on the subscription ? This role is needed for the Language Service creation..

Could you please open the resource group and check if the resource group is created?

Within the resource group open the Activity log and check if there are any Deployment failures. That should provide the cause of the failure.

Thank you for your response. I am owner. There are no resource groups created under "Resource Groups". When I try to create one using either one of the "Create" links, nothing happens.

Plan 1:

While you click on the create button, Please open the Browser F12 developer tools and check within the Network tab and console tab if there any errors. If Yes, Please share the screenshot here.

Please ensure that you have selected the right directory in Azure Portal:

Do you have any Ad blocker / third party extensions installed / used in your browser ? More info here.

Do you have any other browser ? Test from different browser.

Do you have any firewall / proxy in your environment ?
