    Hi @Jefferson-2765,

    For enterprise and pro version, you may download from Visual Studio 2019 Releases.

    Temporarily, we could not download VS2019 community from official site from Micrsoft, you may need to look up for 3rd party blogs or links.

    If you want to design your SSIS package, you may use VS2022 which also can set the target version to SQL2019.
