Can I follow someone without Q&A ?

I want to follow my colleague's Microsoft Learn Profile for tracking their progress!
Actually, I assign them Modules and want to track their progress and completion status.
Apparently, you can't follow someone if they do not have their Q&A. So, are there any alternatives or workaround for this?

    Bonjour,

    A ma connaissance, Microsoft Learn ne propose pas encore de fonctionnalité permettant de suivre directement le progrès ou le statut d'achèvement des modules d'un autre utilisateur.

    Il me semble que c'est uniquement possible via Microsoft Learn for Educators ou Microsoft Learn for Organizations.
