Hi Mukul Khatter,
Thanks for the question, and welcome to Microsoft Q&A. Can you please confirm if the following steps have been followed to resolve the issue?
Subscription Access
- Verify that your Visual Studio Professional Subscription is active and supports the Azure OpenAI Service. Correct API Key and Endpoint
- Confirm that the API key being used matches the one listed in your Azure OpenAI resource.
- Double-check the regional endpoint in use, ensuring it aligns with the East US region, as mentioned in your query.
- You can find the endpoint in your Azure portal under the OpenAI resource's "Keys and Endpoint" section.
- Verify that your Azure OpenAI resource is correctly configured and deployed within the East US region. Network and Firewall
- Ensure there are no network restrictions or firewall settings blocking access to the Azure OpenAI endpoints. Azure OpenAI Service Access
- Check that your subscription has been granted access to the Azure OpenAI Service. As it is a Limited Access service, your subscription must meet Microsoft’s eligibility criteria.
- Learn more at Limited Access for Azure OpenAI Service.
Account Permissions
- Verify that your account has the correct role-based permissions to create and manage Azure OpenAI resources.
- Roles like Owner, Contributor, or Cognitive Services Contributor are required.
- For details, see Role-Based Access Control for Azure OpenAI Service.
