Word File wont Open on File Explorer

Question

Hi all,

I have a few word files with SmartArt designs in them. However, they are now not opening. I was able to access them earlier this morning, but now it is coming up with the below error message and won't open the file:

Any help would be much appreciated

Where are these files stored?

Please add the file location as a Trusted Location.

Besides, temporarily turn off Protected View settings.
