I am experiencing an issue where I am unable to associate my app with the Partner Center through Visual Studio. I have tried several troubleshooting steps, but the error persists. Here are the details:
- Troubleshooting steps attempted:
- Uninstalled and reinstalled Visual Studio, including the latest version.
- Signed out and signed back in to Visual Studio.
- Attempted the process on a different device (my friend's computer).
- Verified that I have access to my Partner Center via the web.
- Attempted the process on a different device (my friend's computer).
- Signed out and signed back in to Visual Studio.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled Visual Studio, including the latest version.
Despite these efforts, the problem remains unresolved.
Request for Assistance:
- Is there a manual way to associate my app with the Partner Center?
- Is there a specific version of Visual Studio I can use that does not have this issue?

It is recommended to associate app to Microsoft Store by manual,
