1.Delete the Ngc Folder:
Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft.
Locate the Ngc folder and delete it. This folder stores PIN-related settings and deleting it can help reset any corrupted data.
Restart your computer and try setting up your PIN again.
2.Reset Your PC:
If it still not works, you might need to reset your PC. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Reset this PC. Choose to keep your files and follow the instructions.
3.Please check if there is any related group policy setting that disable /turn off PIN.
