Why does the Azure training cite an outdated version of the CIS benchmark?

The CIS benchmark cited in multiple places in Microsoft Learn Azure modules was last updated in 2021. So I asked Copilot in Azure, and it' way out of date, per this response: "The CIS Microsoft Azure Foundations Benchmark v. 1.3.0 is not the latest version. The latest version is v. 2.0.0, which is aligned with the Azure Security Benchmark v2." Why doesn't Microsoft apply it's own suggestions about regularly reviewing content to its own training curriculum? '-)
