How to fix sandbox never opening?

Every time I log into my Azure AD learning the website immediately logs me out. When I go to use the sandbox on the learning modules it asks me to sign in. Once completing that process it starts to load the sandbox but then immediately logs me out. This creates an infinite loop of me trying to use the sandbox logging in and then it never opens. I have tried 3 different browsers, logging out and logging back in, private browsing all to no avail.
