Azure Document Intelligence - General Internal Server Error

I am using custom classification in Azure Document Intelligence. While trying to train the model, I am facing "General Internal Server Error" for more than a week.

If anyone is aware of the solution, please share the solution.

I tried to use it with two regions and faced the same problem. I have tried East US and Switzerland North. I have already cleared browser cache, re-login and switched browser from edge to chrome. But all in vain
