How do i made the error message reappear?

you know there is actually a error message if you download a software or a game from an unknown or unauthorized sources this error messages prevented you from download it in the first place because they were blocked by windows firewall i disable it when i turn off windows defender firewall however when i reactived it it won't appeared anymore (i regret the former action) so how do it back? what should i do? please help me!
