To use a template when replying/replying all, here are two ways:
Using Quick Step
- Create: Home>Quick Steps>New, Custom>Name and select Reply or Reply All from the Actions drop-down list>Show Options>Copy and paste your template content into the Text box (>create a shortcut).
- Use: Select the email you want to reply to, click the Quick Step you created. This will open a reply email with your template content inserted.
Using My Template
- Create: Click Reply or Reply All>View Templates>Add Template>Name, Copy and paste your template content into the Text box
- Use: Click Reply or Reply All, click View Templates and then select the templates you want to insert.
(Note: There is no way to customize the font with the above two methods, and you may need to make some manual adjustments after using the template.)
