I was using the 2022.3.55f1 version of Unity and changed to the 2022.3.47f1 and solved the problem. I guess there is some compatibility issue with the recording feature and the 55 version.
Issue with Video Recording Feature on Updated HoloLens 2 (December Release)
Dear all,
I recently updated my HoloLens 2 to the December release version and noticed an issue with the video recording feature in an app I developed. During recording, the area that appears to be captured is reduced, and the game objects in my app are confined to this reduced area, misaligning with the real-world space.
However, when I watch the recorded video, everything appears as expected—game objects are correctly placed in the 3D space. This leads me to think that some properties of the game objects might be incompatible with the updated recording feature, particularly since the View Finder camera was introduced in a recent update.
Could someone help me understand or resolve this issue? I’d appreciate any insights or suggestions!
Thank you in advance!
