We purchased new PC's for some end users and loaded them up as normal using same credentials and now we cant map network drives, says our domain isn't available with the credentials we are using. However literally a few hours ago we could map network drives with the old computers.

    Hi,

I think I need more information. Can you provide actual error message/screen shot or exact wording?

Do you have a domain (Active Directory)?

Are your clients DHCP enabled or static IP configured?

Does name resolution work? ping the domain by name - ping the share host by name?

Are the old a new computers using the same version of windows? What version of OS is the share host?

Is the share NFS or SMB?

    etc.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

To further troubleshoot this issue, please kindly try below steps:

1.Check if the network connection is okay between the client and the organization.

2.Check if the credential used for SMB connection is correct.

    1. Delete and remap Network drive again to check if it works.

4.Capture the network trace by wireshark or network monitor when reproducing the issue and see if there's any insight inside.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

    Best regards,

    Jill Zhou
