Good morning! I am having trouble accessing my Microsoft v- email account due to certificate issues. This has never been a problem for me and typically i just click on the certificate after i have authenticated on my phone and it lets me in. Now it is showing me one certificate option and then a second pop up window with 3 other certificates and asks for access to Keyword Assistant on my mac before coming back with a certificate not valid error message from Microsoft. it is happening on both outlook at Teams now. If the certificate is no longer trusted how can i update so i can get access to the files i need?

    Hi @Aisha Hatter

Teams tag is mainly focused on the general issue of Microsoft Teams troubleshooting. According to your description, your question is related to Microsoft Authenticator which is not in our support scope. The following suggestions are for your reference:

Open the certificate manager on your Mac by going to Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access.

Look for the certificates related to your Microsoft account and check their validity dates. If they are expired, you will need to renew them.

If the certificates are expired or not trusted, you can try updating them. Sometimes, simply removing the old certificates and re-adding them can help.
