I have an issue with phone verification while trying to sign-up to Azure portal

I got an error message saying "Please do not enter country code in your phone number." when Im trying to put the proper Ukrainian phone no. When I click " text me", i get error "we cant check your phone no" image_2024-12-16_114029777

I`m looking forward for your support on this
