OneNote Storage

Question

My one drive storage ran out while I was using my OneNote. So I changed my subscription and got 100gb of space - however it hasn’t synced and whenever I try to write anything on onenote on my iPad - the app constantly tells me that it has no storage even though I know it does! I have finals coming up and have been relying on OneNote - but now I can’t even get it to sync anything I write
