Export an Exchange mailbox Calendar and import those events to a 365 Group/Team Calendar

Would like to eliminate Exchange mailbox calendars and convert to 365 Group for ease of collaboration with Teams. Need to transfer all calendar events/entries to the new 365 Group Calendar. Need to do this with multiple Exchange mailboxes that are used only for the calendar function.

    Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

    According to your description, you want to know how to export an Exchange mailbox calendar and import those events into a 365 group/team calendar. You can try the following:

    1. Sign in to the Exchange Admin Center and navigate to Recipients > Mailboxes.
    2. Select the mailbox you want to export, click More options > Export to a .pst file
    3. Open Outlook, select File > Open & Export > Import/Export > Import from another program or file, and then select Outlook Data File (.pst). Then browse and select the .pst file you want to import, select Next, and then select Finish.
    4. Go to the Calendar view and find the imported calendar events in the folder list on the left. Select these events and drag them into the group or team calendar.

    Glad to hear this issue has been resolved and thanks for the sharing! 


    However, due to a recent update in forum policy, the question author now is not able to accept their own answers.  

    So, I have written a brief summary of the solution this issue. Please feel free to ACCEPT it as the Answer, which would benefit others who also have similar issues in the forum.  

    Issue: 

    You need to export your Exchange mailbox calendar and import those events into your 365 group/team calendar.

    Solution: 

    In the Exchange Admin Center, select the mailbox you want to export and select Export. After importing, you need to switch to the list view twice for the shared calendar to appear in the list view. Then, select all events and drag the events into the Group calendar of which I am also an owner.
