windows 11 pro 24h2 version can not use AD account

1 I joined the AD domain on my windows 11pro version 24h2 computer, but I can't join the administrator user to the local administrators group on the administrator computer. Every time I enter my password it prompts me with the wrong username password, but I can 100% confirm that I entered the right password.

2 Currently accessing shared resources in the AD domain prompts for a domain username and password, and after entering the username and password it prompts access denied.

All of the above works fine for me on another windows 11pro 23H2 computer.
