Only anonymous ("everyone") sharing links can be configured to expire, and by default they are valid indefinitely. The maximum value is 2 years (730 days), and yes, they apply retroactively. So indefinitely is maximum 2 years?
Would setting "Guest access to site or OneDrive will expire automatically after this many days: 60" retroactively apply to all existing guest/copy links?
