what service is pay-as-you-go and Standard Support????we

We are getting billed for Pay-as-you-go and Standard Support. I dont think we are actually using any azure services, no VMs, no databases, etc..... I want to cancel this, but I want to make absolutely sure that this is not part of Azure DevOps which we do use.

can I cancel this and not affect our 10 or so DevOps users and source code repositories.
