Who is the Administrator & UAC & password &Administration & the Corporation on my computer?

I have never purchased an Office in Organizations This is not a Corporation owned computer I do not work for any Workgroup I have a Lenovo PC a new Motherboard installed 10/03/2022 22H2 OS I was THE Administrator & UAC now there is an Administrator & UAC on my home personal computer but when a tech helped me with my video problem this pc was taken back to 2019 without my control Windows Firewall Security blocks my IP domain File & printer sharing trouble shooting the wizard I suppose you will tell me do a clean why do I have to do this when all I want is to get this Administrator & Organization & this Corporation out of my pc of which I purchased for only my use.
