It starts showing me this after opening the PC. I also included my PC specs.

Ensure you are using the latest version of HWiNFO64. Visit the HWiNFO website to download the latest driver and application version.

Have you searched Windows Update for the most recent version of that driver? You might be getting the error because this is not a Microsoft certified driver updated via Windows Update. I guess the error message is normal indicating that you are about to install a potentially vulnerable driver that was not signed by Microsoft.
