Hello,
Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.
To get started with the Microsoft Windows Hardware Developer Program and handle code signing, follow these steps:
Register for the Hardware Developer Program:
Go to the Hardware Developer Program registration page.
Ensure you have an Extended Validation (EV) code signing certificate. If your organization doesn't have one, you'll need to purchase it from an authorized certificate authority.
Sign in with Microsoft Entra ID:
Use your organization's Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) global administrator account to sign in.
If your organization doesn't have a Microsoft Entra ID directory, you can create one for free during the registration process.
Complete the Registration:
Follow the instructions to enter your company and personal contact information.
Use your EV code signing certificate to secure your digital information.
Sign and Publish Drivers:
Once registered, you can certify your hardware for Windows and sign and publish your drivers to Windows Update.
