Assistance Required for Payment Issue with Microsoft Partner Center
I need help regarding my November 2024 payment. I want to check if there was any failure in the payment process, as my bank informed me that they reversed the payment, but the payment status in the Earnings dashboard shows as Sent.
I have been trying to reach Microsoft Partner Center Support for a few days without success. Whenever I open a support ticket, I receive the following message:
"This is to inform you that as we are part of the Incentives team, we do not communicate with public domain emails. We request you to please raise a request in the partner center using your organization's verified domain email address. Hence, we are closing this case from our end."
This situation makes it quite difficult to get support, leading to significant frustration.
