Hello,

I am actually using Copilot in different Apps and I am developing some Copilot Agents in Copilot Studio.

However, when I share my agent to someone who doesn't have a copilot license, they don't receive the link. Is it because they don't have a copilot license so they can't use (test) my agent ? Do they absolutely need a copilot license to use agents or is there another way to give them the ability to test the agent ?

Second point, In Copilot Studio, once I publish my agent, I can't find how to get a link to that agent in order to send it to someone or post it in sharepoint/teams. Can you please tell me how to get that ?

Thank you in advance :)

If you want them to co-author the copilot along with you, then yes they would need license but if it's just for testing, I will be showing you what I do usually in this scenario:

    1. In the channels tab, select teams.
    2. In that panel, select "turn on Teams"
    3. After that, edit the details of your agent as needed.
    4. You'll notice a button called "availability" click on it.
    5. Now you can add them and give them view access. Make sure to tick "email new users" below before sharing.
    6. In case they did not get email, from the same 'availability' tab, you can copy link and give them.

Now they can use your agent through teams.
