Hello,

I am actually using Copilot in different Apps and I am developing some Copilot Agents in Copilot Studio.

However, when I share my agent to someone who doesn't have a copilot license, they don't receive the link. Is it because they don't have a copilot license so they can't use (test) my agent ? Do they absolutely need a copilot license to use agents or is there another way to give them the ability to test the agent ?

Second point, In Copilot Studio, once I publish my agent, I can't find how to get a link to that agent in order to send it to someone or post it in sharepoint/teams. Can you please tell me how to get that ?

Thank you in advance :)

    • To use or test Copilot agents, users need to have a Microsoft 365 Copilot license. If someone doesn't have this license, they won't be able to receive or use the link to the agent. This is likely why the people you're sharing with aren't receiving the link. The Copilot license is necessary for accessing and interacting with Copilot agents.
    • Once the agent is published, you can generate a shareable link. Go to the agent's overview page, and you should see an option to "Share" the agent. This will allow you to create a link that you can send to others. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-copilot/extensibility/copilot-studio-agent-builder-publish#share-the-agent

    Thanks,
