Enrollment to AI cloud partner program blocked for security
Context:
We had another entra & partner centre account that we lost access to 4 days ago. This is critical to our product and we have had to close it until this is fixed.
Question:
We have a fully verified new partner centre account which is fully authorised. Every time we try to enrol into the AI cloud partner program to receive a valid MPN ID, we get blocked by this message: Screenshot 2024-12-01 at 16.06.00.png
We have tried on different browsers, VPNs off/on, different IPs everything. Seems my hands are tied. Once we have enrolled all I need is the ID to enter into our entra account and we're back up and running.
