How to track user progress in Viva learning?

Hi,

is it possible to somehow build our own course and track 1000+ users progress in viva learning?

Either built in with Viva, or if we for example use 365 apps project or planner in some clever way perhaps? Perhaps located within a collaboration sharepoint site (as I read is possible).

Any tips for free or included solution within 365 to do this is appreciated.

Here it seems we can activate progress tracking, but its only for the user them selves: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/learning/set-up-viva-learning

Here it seems we can customize viva learning to perhaps show the ones we want the user to do as a "feature set": https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/learning/use-tabs

Best regards,

flamuren

    Hi @Oskar Hanborg

A simple approach to keeping tabs on employees’ learning progress is to recommend a course and then monitor their progress as they work towards completing it. Read the step-by-step process on how to recommend a course and monitor its progress here: Recommend and Manage Content in Viva Learning.
