DTPicker from Mscomct2.ocx is not accessible from Intune enrolled computer

Question

For several years I have had VBA code running in Outlook 32bit-clients including a bunch of custom desigend forms.

I have had a traditionally AD/DC setup which right now is hybrid.

On some of the forms I use DTPicker from Mscomct2.ocx.

If I run cutsom forms which include the DTPicker control on a computer registrered in our AD the form will run perfectly and show DTPicker control. When I run form from a computer enrolled in Intune (and thereby not listed in AD) the form can't complete and where the DTPicker should show up in the Toolbox after adding the additional "MS Data and Time Picker control" I can se a small box named "Unknown" (should have been named "DTPicker")

Reference registration and security setting are identical on the 2 computers.

One other small difference between the 2 Outlook clients is that the client running the forms perfectly is version 2402 and the client with obastacles run version 2410... but I can't believe that should be the cause to the problems.

How come the DTPicker won't show up on forms on the Intune enrolled computer?
