Some applications not showing up in software center

Question

We are running into a strange issue after upgrading to the latest MECM version 2403. We have deployed 3 available applications to end users. But some users report that only 1 application is showing up in their software center. But the required applications have no problem. Does anyone have an idea to address this issue?

1,Please help check Policyagent.log, AppDiscovery.log and tell me if see any errors.

2,Also check the collection you are deploying to, the machines might not be in the collection. And check your applications are fully distributed to the correct DPs too,

3,In Administration\Overview\Client Settings, navigate to your relevant policy and Software Center, and click Customize option on Software Center Settings. Check if you have checked the hide unapproved or installed applications in software center.

4,We can also try to install the KB26186448 for Configuration Manager version 2403. This release has fixed the issue "Application icons aren't appearing consistently in Software Center for available apps".
