I need help exporting a list of Viva Topics

I am still very new to PowerShell and I am having trouble understanding how to run the powershell provided in this Microsoft article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/topics/export-topics-powershell?view=o365-worldwide

My goal is to have an exported list of topics in Viva Engage.

I Didn't have any idea what are you going to use PowerShell for. So in General If you want to learn power shell follow the below link .It will guide you from zero.
