    Hi Ram, Aishwarya (A.),

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A platform.

When we test it on our end, we find that the method works correctly, and we can achieve the desired result by following the given instructions in PowerShell or the command line tool.

Could you please start the process over by clearing your browser's history and logging in again with your Microsoft 365 account? After following the instructions, the bot will access the team's chat in the browser and provide you with a customized card. Sometimes, firewall or security software can block the request. Ensure that your firewall or security software is not blocking the request and check if you are behind any corporate firewall/restricted network.
