Hey, my Azure Enterprise account applied for access to the GPT o1 models about a month ago and there still hasn't been any response on the status. Any way I can have someone internally check on this?

I understand that you are experiencing an issue with your application for access to the GPT-01 models on Azure and have not received a status response.
- Ensure that your application is under the Azure Enterprise Agreement Offer, as access to the o1 models is limited to eligible customers. Subscriptions outside this agreement may be denied
- You can reach out to Microsoft support through the Azure Q&A forum or directly via their customer service channels. Provide your subscription ID and application ID in a private message for them to assist you more efficiently.
- Make sure to add relevant Microsoft email addresses (like
maccount@microsoft.com) to your Safe Senders list to ensure you receive all correspondence regarding your application status. - Be Patient: Due to high demand, there may be delays in processing applications for the o1 models. Eligible customers might remain on a waitlist until space becomes available. Kindly let us know if the above helps or you need further assistance on this issue. Thanks Snigdha.
