How do I change my background in Teams?

Question

My problem is that I cannot change my background or delete it in the Thames application, please solve the problem

To change your background in Teams, click on More actions (three dots) during a call and select Apply background effects to blur, change, or upload an image. Make sure your Teams app is up to date, and check if your admin has restricted background features. 1. 启动 Teams 应用程序：打开 Microsoft Teams 应用程序并登录到您的帐户。
2. 加入会议或开始视频通话：您可以在加入会议之前或在会议进行中更改背景。
3. 打开背景设置：
   • 如果您在加入会议之前想要更改背景，请点击“加入”按钮后，在“加入现在”按钮上方会看到一个“背景滤镜”按钮（通常是一个小人图标旁边有一个背景图案）。点击它。
   • 如果您已经在会议中，点击屏幕底部的三个点（更多操作），然后选择“应用背景效果”或“显示背景效果”。
4. 选择背景：
   • 在背景设置面板中，您可以选择 Teams 提供的预设背景，或者点击“添加新背景”来上传您自己的图片作为背景。
5. 应用背景：选择您想要的背景后，点击“应用并打开视频”或“应用”按钮，您的背景就会更改为所选的图片。
6. 关闭背景设置：完成后，关闭背景设置面板，您就可以继续会议了。

请注意，背景更改功能可能需要一定的硬件支持，如果您的设备性能较低，可能无法使用此功能。
