SCSM Workflow instances need attention

I found several Workflow instances in the SCSM console that need attention. How do I understand what I should pay attention to in Workflow? In other words, why are these Workflows successful but need to be paid attention to? and the second question: I can't remove them either by pressing the Retry or Ignore button. How do I clear the console of these "Need Attention" Workflow instances?

    Hi,

    Symptoms

When new service requests (SRs) are submitted in System Center 2012 Service Manager, the status of the SRs doesn't change from New. Additionally, corresponding workflows don't execute for other work items, and the workflows display Needing attention in the console under Administration > Workflows > Status.
