My azure outstanding invoice bill is lock how do I unlock to pay m outstanding balance on previous subscription

My azure outstanding invoice bill is locked how do I unlock to pay my outstanding balance on previous subscription. I am not getting any reply from Microsoft on this issue please I need their attention.

Check for messages about your subscription. If it's locked due to unpaid bills, there may be a way to fix it.

Go to "Cost Management + Billing" to check your invoices. Look for messages about

the reason your invoice is locked.

create Azure support ticket for billing and subscription management.
