I am having trouble enabling .NET Framework 3.5 due to error 0x800F0922. I have tried the solutions provided in the following links with no success:
When I attempted to follow the solution provided in the last link, I was unable to locate the sxs folder on my PC, and when I searched for it, it said it didn't exist.
I am on Windows 11 Pro, and all my drivers are up to date.

Have you tried install in safe mode with networking?
Check if you have installed 4.6, please uninstall 4.6 then install 3.5.
Also, you can download a Image online through MS and have it create the ISO file.
Ensure that you are using the correct Windows installation media.
If you cannot find the SXS folder or if the installation media is not available, follow these steps:
1.Download Windows Media Creation Tool:
Go to the Microsoft Download Windows 11 page.
Download and run the Media Creation Tool.
2.Open the Media Creation Tool and follow the prompts to create installation media. You can create a USB flash drive or download an ISO file.
3.Verify Access Permissions
If you find the sxs folder but still encounter issues, ensure you have read and execute permissions:
Right-click on the sxs folder and select Properties.
Go to the Security tab.
Make sure your user account has Read & Execute permissions. If not, you can click Edit and adjust the permissions.
hi @Hui Liu-MSFT sorry for late answer i didnt have time to try fix that for long time until recentlyanyway i tried everything you writen and only one think that worked for me was install it in safe mode with networking (that was last thing i tried all other things failed) thank you for your help
