Whitboard encountered an unknown error

Question

When trying to use whiteboard during a teams meeting a message popped up saying

"Something went Wrong
An error occurred while processing your request
We encountered an unknown error
Reference ID: b0a45fb8-10e6-4d6f-af54-beba3e9755d5
Go to Whiteboard Help"

Does this issue persist all the time?

Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?

In this case, we recommend you try to uninstall the whiteboard app and recreate it to see if it works. You need to turn on Allow whiteboard in Microsoft Teams Admin Center first. Then in Teams meeting, click sharing whiteboard and download it.
