I have noticed the our firewall been blocking and flagging the following file as virus/ infected files, but can't seem to find much resources on this behaviour.

filename= msodbcsql_3be4cf889ad6c6334b15ac136d57321cbca28026.exe

msg="File is infected." service="HTTP" destinationip=151.139.43.128 destinationport=80 direction="incoming" filename="msodbcsql_3be4cf889ad6c6334b15ac136d57321cbca28026.exe" virus="Malicious_Behavior.SB" url="[http://11.au.download.windowsupdate.com/c/msdownload/update/software/secu/2024/04/msodbcsql_3be4cf889ad6c6334b15ac136d57321cbca28026.exe]" agent="Microsoft-Delivery-Optimization/10.0" destination.as.organization.name = "STACKPATH"

Can anyone explain this behaviour?

    Hi @Libin Mathew

    Is it something relating to it?#

    The latest official release version has enough security guarantees, as long as you download or update it from the official channel. So, I think you'd better reach out to the Windows firewall experts to see if there's anything missed.

    It's seems that is an SQL update.

    By the way, I noticed that the answer in your other post said that it was a SQL update issue, please have a double check.

    Best regards,

    Cosmog Hong
