Azure Automation Accounts

Hello,

I tried to deploy Automation Account using bicep. Since this is first time to deploy AA so I deleted existing one and re-deploy it for multiple times. I suddently received following message:

"code": "BadRequest",

"message": "Maximum number of Accounts reached. If Deleted recently, please restore the same account"

The subscription is our development environment (Offer: Enterprise Dev/Test)

I checked everywhere and only information I gathered is to re-use existing one. But from this link, I supposed to have unlimited Automation Account

https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs/blob/main/includes/azure-automation-service-limits.md

Is anyone had same experience? Is it a bug? Will MS be able to permanent removed my testing Automation Account?

Also, I can see some old run book in the RunBooks list but when I click the run book, Portal give me : Resource not found

Thank

Jeremy
