I am confused. This other Microsoft resource (indicated at bottom of post) indicates that Windows Admin Center is complimentary to the RSAT Tools due to a lack of feature parity. Your response indicates that for typical tasks we should be able to leverage Windows Admin Center. However that means there are still scenarios in which Windows Admin Center will not be sufficient.
So the reality is, the Windows System Administrator should ensure that they have ready access to an X86 device, to be able to confidently address all workloads?
If Microsoft is going thru the effort of even support windows on ARM, why not also have RSAT on ARM? Cause your early adopters to that platform are bound to be system administrators and not random rank and file users anyway...
