Hi @EWB Mario ,
Thank you for using Microsoft Q&A platform.
Here are some possible workarounds we have:
- We have Project sharing feature on Studio. This currently doesn't support cross-directory (tenant) sharing.
- Create an Azure Blob Storage account:
- Go to the Azure portal and create a new Blob Storage account.
- Follow the prompts to configure the storage account, including the storage account name, resource group, location, and performance tier.
- Go to the Azure portal and create a new Blob Storage account.
- Upload your project files to the Blob Storage account:
- In Document Intelligence Studio, go to the project you want to share and click on the "Export" button.
- Select "Export to Azure Blob Storage" and follow the prompts to connect to your Blob Storage account and upload your project files.
- In Document Intelligence Studio, go to the project you want to share and click on the "Export" button.
- Share access to the Blob Storage account with your team members:
- In the Azure portal, go to the Access Keys section of your Blob Storage account.
- Copy the connection string or the access key and share it with your team members.
- Your team members can use the connection string or access key to access the Blob Storage account and download the project files.
- Copy the connection string or the access key and share it with your team members.
- In the Azure portal, go to the Access Keys section of your Blob Storage account.
Note: Make sure to grant appropriate permissions to your team members to access the Blob Storage account and the project files.
Hope this helps!
