Mainstream support for SQL Server 2014 ended on July 9, 2019, and extended support will end on July 9, 2024. Since your SQL 2014 installation is an Azure managed instance you will receive free extended security patches despite the end of the extended support next year. Here you can find Microsoft still provides patches for SQL Server 2012 which extended support ended on 2022, so the same will happen with SQL Server 2014.

I have an Azure-managed SQL server running: SQL Server 2014 SP3 Standard on Windows Server 2012 R2. Windows 2012 is approaching EOL (end of life) in October 2023, what kind of support will Azure provide after the EOL since it is an Azure-managed server?
