Yes, this is entirely possible. When you add VMs to a DevTest Labs resource, each VM is created in a separate resource group. All of your VMs can be modified in these resource groups to your liking. For example, you could assign a network interface card with a static private IP in a subnet to one of your DevTest VMs.

Hi,
I am looking at using DevTest Labs for a QA environment for a web application but...
I need a static private IP associated to the web server to be able to test via an external source, is this possible at all?
