Does Microsoft Azure IOT Central support guest users from external domains?

Question

We would like to invite guest users to use our IOT Central application. Can we invite guests from other domains? So far, the only way I can add users is if they are a named user on our domain.

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A. From above description I could understand that you want to add a user from different Azure AD tenant/ personal account to manage you IOT central app.

Please do correct me by responding in the comments section if there are any discrepancies.

• Yes you could add external user account including personal accounts .
• IoT Central supports Microsoft user accounts, Azure Active Directory accounts, Azure Active Directory groups, and Azure Active Directory service principals.
• Service principals and Active Directory groups must belong to the same Azure Active Directory tenant as the Azure subscription associated with the IoT Central application.
• In my tenant I added user from my live account and different subscription too.
