Windows Server 2012 R2服务器，鼠标无法点击

Windows Server 2012 R2服务器，通过远程桌面连接进入该服务器时，或者重新解锁屏幕锁定后，经常会发生鼠标可以移动但是无法的问题，键盘可以正常使用。出现这种问题后，只能通过命令行输入shutdown来强制重启服务器解决；发生问题后，使用不同的鼠标连接服务器，都是一样不能点击；不同的用户远程连接到该服务器，也都是一样，请问是远程桌面的权限问题导致的吗？

    Please note that Windows 2012 R2 is out of support.

    There can be some Profile related or corruption in User RDS Profile , Please try to create a new RDS profile and see Mouse is working.
